UKPC parking ticket on company car.

Hello everyone.
I found a lot of information here about parking fines but none of the threads seem to relate to my particular situation. Hoping some of you can help.
I regularly visit my girlfriend at her apartment building and use the underground parking under the building. I park my car at the designated spot which belongs to my girlfriend (she is renting her flat). I recently changed my car to a company car and this morning I found a parking fine on my window issued by UKPC. Is says: parked in a permit area without displaying a valid permit. Charge is £100.
Now I see a lot of people saying that you should just ignore it but since it's the company car I'm concerned I might be deducted money from my Paycheck. Furthermore I was told by the guys at the concierge that of I don't pay I will get a CCJ on my credit file.
Any advice?
Thank you .
