PPI claim for Moben kitchen, which finance company

Options
Hi,

My other half bought a Moben kitchen back in 2002, which he paid for via a finance company.

I'd like to see if he was miss sold PPI. It might be a long shot but does anybody know if Moben used a set finance company, if so who was it? I'm pretty sure he would have just stayed with them to pay it off instead of changing providers.

Many thanks in advance

  • It doesn't matter who they used, as you complain to the seller, which would be Moben.

As above, the complaint would be to Moben. However, as it is pre-regulation, Moben do not need to consider the complaint. Indeed, moben kitchens are no longer regulated by the FCA (dropped 4th May 2007). So, its pre-regulation of a firm that is no longer regulated which means you get no access to the FOS or FSCS either.
