The coventry told me I was due nothing about 2 years ago
maybe even longer then out the blue last week I get a letter
saying due to rule changes I and due £44...

Shall I accept it or challenge the amout or even go to one
of these firms that claim for you, if so who can I trust.

Thanks

There's nothing to challenge. It's a Plevin payment calculated on a defined basis.

Why would you need a claims company? You've already been offered redress. They will simply charge you a fee for wasting their time.

The calculation is defined. There is no haggling involved.
