The Insurance Emporium - Any Experiences with their dog cover?

The Insurance Emporium seem to be a fair bit cheaper for dog insurance, however wanted to check if anyone had any experience with them?

I am concerned it is cheap for the first year with a discount that is removed for subsequent years.

Looking for lifetime cover for my 3 year old boxer dog in good health.

You are right to be concerned.

They are part of E&L who have a reputation of avoiding paying out if at all possible.

Cheap insurance is cheap for a reason. Why else would they need to give such a big incentive to buy.

Have a look at Petplan. They are the Rolls Royce of pet insurance companies but they do not come cheap.

Bought By Many have brought out their own polices but so also act as a broker for several companies. Their premise is that they have arranged a cheaper rate by negotiating with the companies on the strength of it being bought by many.
