Saving for a wedding...

Hi,

I'm getting married next year and am currently saving for my wedding (or rather, am trying to!)... I was wondering what would be the best way of going about this? I currently have an Egg Money card and so set up a Mini Cash ISA with Egg too, so was considering an Egg Savings account, for the handiness factor?? I was going to continue paying into the ISA but I don't know if that'd be the best... Obviously there'll be times over the next year that I'll need access to the money in whatever account I choose, to pay deposits, etc, so I need to take that into consideration. Any advice for me?

Thanks in advance! :D

I have all these products with Egg too. Remember, you earn 4% interest on your Egg Money account when "in the black" so you can save your spending money there if that makes things more straightforward. No reason why you can't save in the Cash ISA or Egg Savings as well/instead. Only thing to remember is you cannot re-use your yearly ISA allowance once you have taken the money out of the account.

You could, but you could get more than 50% better rate elsewhere, so it seems like a bad plan... ;)
