    Take a week out for Christmas/new year only leaves 2 weeks and most freebies say allow 28 days and as this one is coming from America and we have just had christmas and new year, I think its fair to give it a while longer.

    I would always be extremly wary of any retail site which only provides an email as a contact - with no phone number or physical address

    So, an update - apparently they will be shipping my order Monday.
