I had an IVA about 14 years ago. It has been paid off about 9years now. Can I claim PPI on my Barclaycard which wasn't involved in the IVA even though I did use it during that time. I would rather let the bank kept the money rather than it going to the IVA firm. Thanks.

You can complain yes, but any resdress will go to amounts written off or defaulted on. IVA;s are a grey area so far, there are no hard and fast rules to redress, they may keep it towards your old debts or they may forward it to the IVA firm, unless your dets were paid off in full, in which case it all comes to you..Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

But the credit card wasn't involved in the iva. And I have paid all the balance off the card about 10 years ago. It would still go to the iva company?0
