Selling leasehold flat - help

Hi All,
I need an advice on selling our flat which is Paradigm leasehold.
It is 100% privately owned flat but there are other flats in this block which are shared ownership. We have a buyer who wants to buy to let but Paradigm have turned around and said that this flat cannot be rented out.
Does that sound right to you and can anyone give me advice please?

You would do better to ask in a n appropriate forum like House Buying, Renting and Selling. This one is dedicated to credit card matters and Stoozing in particular.0
