How far back can I go?

Options
Hi,

I'm confused about how far back we can go with PPI claims. My husband took out a loan with Northern Rock before we met. We've been together 12 years now.

We're still paying it through Stepchange.

Is this something we can claim against or have we missed our chance here?

I have a number of other debts that are the same situation with Halifax credit card and Barclaycard.

Thank you in advance :)

If he feels he was missold he can raise a complaint. There is no time limit on historical stuff other than documentation may not exist any longer.

If the debt was not repaid in full and your complaint is successful, they can use the redress against the unpaid debt rather than give it to him.
