County Court claim - to a "virtual address" ?

Am I able to issue a County Court claim (preferably through Money Claim Online) against an online service whose only public address is a "virtual office" in London?
The virtual office is legit, and they will presumably forward on any mail they receive... but will this have any affect on my ability to issue a claim?
