County Court claim - to a "virtual address" ?

Options
Am I able to issue a County Court claim (preferably through Money Claim Online) against an online service whose only public address is a "virtual office" in London?

The virtual office is legit, and they will presumably forward on any mail they receive... but will this have any affect on my ability to issue a claim?

You might want to enlighten us on the nature of the campaign this relates to?

If that's their published registered / trading address, go for it.

Use the address registered at Companies House, not a postal forwarding address.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
