Alarm monthly dialing charges

Looking for any advice we purchased new house with alarm after year we decided alarm should be audible only, got a letter stating they will disconnect the remote connection making it an audible system. Now hot charges on my BT Bill of approx £25 per month registered a complaint with copies of my BT bills am I within my rights to have this refunded?

Company won't answer complaint been pasts from citizens advise to 5 other places with no help. Any help would be appreciated 😕
