Car Insurance Renewal

This August will be my first time to renew car insurance. Ever.

I am with Admiral currently, does anyone know if they will auto-renew or do I need to put it in writing to them if I chose another provider that I do not want their renewal.

Also can anyone tell me how far from my policy ending I can look for a new quote?

I am looking at the guide here but some advice would be good.

Thanks

Most quotes are only guaranteed for 30 days, some providers will guarantee a rate for 60 and even 90 days but you'll need to check or ask them.

Most likely your insurance will auto renew, especially given CIE (continuous insurance enforcement), your policy book will tell you if they auto renew and how to stop this.
  • Ya, you can do it. if you don't want to renew your insurance policy you can change it. we are providing car insurance policy if you want to visit our website you can visit ragar field website
  • Admiral will auto-renew. You can phone Admiral and tell them not to renew the policy. I would also email as well so you have something in writing. For belt and braces I also contacted my card company and told them not to pay anything further to them.

One-Life - the most likely and convenient way of getting quotes in terms of timescale is within 30 days of the renewal date. Best way of moving away from your current company is to just give them a call/email/letter stating you don't wish to renew. That way, whether they have an auto-renewal process or not you can have peace of mind.

jems - Your really shouldn't be represent your employer. You make them sound dodgy and unprofessional.
