How can I Escalate my complaint with BT

Hi
Does anyone know how to get speaking (or emailing) someone other than the usual call centres to make a complaint about BTs woeful track record with me as regards their customer care?

Any advice or assistance is much appreciated.

Depends upon the nature of the complaint .
But you should use your BT account members page and the help pages .
    BT Community forum .
    Or the Contact Us .

They have a web form to make a formal complaint. I used it and though it took a few days, I got called back by someone that sounded British, or possibly Irish.

as the poster above said, use the form to escalate the complaint. I did exactly that and someone personally dealt with mine, called me, gave me their own (work) email address and desk landline number, and a reference number for the complaint.
