    Tummy still upset ff but hopefully it will clear as I can hardly keep a thing down. It is also sending me to the loo quite frequently.

    Evening everyone :wave: I've been to watch DD1's performing arts show in college. I enjoyed seeing her thrive on stage again :) She's like a different girl altogether since college!

    Mansey I agree with fire**fly, I would recommend manuka honey too and the stronger the better although more expensive. We discussed the benefits of it last year in here. I bought it to help with IBS and my friend uses it for chrohns. Hope it helps!

    Wingo so pleased for your DD1.

    Manses Honey is too sweet for me but once when DH had a chest infection that wouldn't shift a friend brought him a present of Manuka honey. Did the trick and he has some everyday. Worth a try.

    Firefly you have chores completed early. I know it's Thursday. Having said that I've been awake hours catching up with comps on iPad.

    Going to be a gorgeous day here according to forecast. It is DS3's 21st today so a few family and friends are going out for a (boozy) lunch.
    Not really keen on drinking through the day but hopeully get out to the beer garden after we have eaten.

    Wingo, hope the leak stays fixed. Lovely that your DD1 is doing well and getting more confident. Did she ever go out with the boy she was friendly with?

    That sounds so sad indie, great you are helping them.
