Hoping the ladies and gents in here can help me with some info ;)

I have 2 or 3 health problems at the moment (nothing serious but I don't want to go into the gory details) and I have been reading amazing stuff about Manuka Honey.
It is quite expensive at £14 a jar, but I am willing to try it.

I would rather go down the "natural" route than go to the doctors. :)

So basically I was wanting to hear from the horses mouth if any of you or your family and friends have tried it and if it was benificial or not.

Thanks in advance for any info

PS I will be singing Hey Hey we're The Monkeys all day now :rotfl:

hi, I've had Manuka honey & enjoyed the benefits from it,
all depends what you need to use it for though,
bearing in mind that it's against forum rules to give advice
on medical help/treatment sorry to say,
Using this board - please don't give medical advice!.

    Hiya fire**fly :j

I never even thought about that to be honest, but I can understand why the forum rules say that.
I was wasn't looking for medical advice I was just wondering if folks had used Manuka Honey and had found it beneficial.

    Thanks for your info :T
