Does anybody know how to contact 18185 I do not recognise the number I am supposed to make a call for 15 mins. I have dialled the number 0203564444 and got nothing. Thanks

  This is not a helpful suggestion. Having tried this link in the past, it just sends you round in a loop, never providing any contact details.
