Well, having been offline for most of the weekend, I logged on just now to see if there was any improvement. Surprise, surprise there was not, in fact it was worse because I had to enter six bits of security information before I got in! Then, when I looked at the message page,( and I hadn't been told there were any new messages) there was one confirming my switch to Halifax and that my debit card would be cancelled on the switch date.
Well, good riddance Smile, you weren't too bad, but your new website is appalling!
