Ebay log-in not working

I know that I am using the correct details to log-in with (written down) but Ebay keeps telling me that they don't match and when I try the 'forgotten password' link I can't get that to work with my email address.

Is it possible that I have been wiped from the system because I don't log-in very often?

I even tried the log-in using Paypal details but that won't work either

(I get into Paypal OK)
