According to British BBC News
A waste company in UK has been accused of bullying small businesses by using unfair contracts to ramp up charges. Thousands of small businesses affected.

Why would someone create a brand new userid to bring this back up after so long? It was discussed at the time here on MSE in this thread:

As per the BBC news article at the time:
