Hi all,
We are in the process of borrowing against our property to pay off an equity loan we have on it. We have around 40% equity in the property. It has gone through credit checks and underwriters and we had a text saying it needs to go for a valuation.
We provided a report from a surveyor we did for providing a valuation which is for the people we need to pay the equity loan for.
Are the bank (Santander) likely to do a full valuation or merely a desktop one?
Best wishes
