Weekly Pay Figure?

In terms of working out redundancy pay / lieu of notice pay, is my weekly pay figure simply my monthly salary divided by 4 or is it worked out by days or some other complicated theory? Thanks.

Weeks pay is defined in the employment act.

It should be something like:
yearly / 52.143
