Just starting out on New Enterprise Allowance

Good evening everybody
I hope you guys could lend me some of your wisdom!
(A little bit about myself) I'm 29. I worked for the NHS full time initially as a clerical officer and then later as a qualified orthopaedic technician for a combination of around 10 years.
Unfortunately, partially due to medical reasons, I left my job at the end of last year (I have a rare condition and have claimed DLA since I was 16 - about £307 a month).
I applied for JSA and was successful, I also received a 'disability enhancemnet' portion of the benefit.
I was on JSA for around 11 months - not claimed anything else (have also moved back in with my parents for the mean time).
Anyways, after a depressing time on JSA and countless job centre meetings etc, I came up with a business idea and have successfully gone down the route of the New Enterprise Allowance Scheme where I get paid something like £66 pound for 13 weeks than £33 for the next 13. I am now signed off and ostarted trading on the 1st of this month.
The idea (without going into too much detail) is a news/results platform website with live stream links and channels. I have not applied for the £1000 loan as I currently have all the equipment I need.
I was basically wondering, with my disability etc, are there any benefits that I, or my parents (my mum is offically my carer, and my dad has a modest income) am entitled to?
This is something very new to me and any help from you guys would be great!
KInd regards
