CCJ'S after a dro
Hi Guys,
My DRO ended on the 31/07/2015 and I've been going through the credit clean up, I've got 95% of my Creditors to mark my debts as settled and i am just trying to get EE and Three now to do the same.
My question is about ccj's, I know they are covered in my dro as i included them but do these also get marked as settled or do they just stay there looking active.
I have searched the internet but i cannot find the answer anywhere so i was hoping someone on here can help
Many Thanks

I guess most people aren't too bothered as there will be a DRO registered on your file for 6 years, and the ccj will drop off before that.
Technically you may think that at the end of the moratorium the ccj should be marked settled.
However, I have found a post by Fermi, and suspect this is the correct answer
