Sainsburys energy online account problem

Switched from BG to SE, they tell me the account is all up and running but I keep getting locked out of my online account, it says Your British Gas's Energy accounts cannot be viewed on this site, please log on to britishgas.com. so I try on the BG site and I can log on there, then after a few password reset emails and some time I can logon to the SE site again.
Anyone else have this issue? I thought I would also receive emails for meter reading but had none of those, do SE ask for meter readings on a monthly basis?

Yes, I had the same problem. The reason is that, even though Sainsbury's are supplying you with energy, it is still actually coming from British Gas! It is quite bizarre how they can supply it cheaper - but they can.
Anyway, just call Sainsbury's Energy and tell them the problem and they'll fix it from their end.:coffee:0 -
Oh, and they bill you every three months so only require meter reading three monthly (mine come in Sept, Dec, March, June).:coffee:0
