Just wan tto vent my frustration about this company so here goes...
Placed an order for a electric shaver on 21st July via the Auravita web site. The price was about £30 cheaper than the High Street shops and cheapest on the web too.
I receive an emaol confiming expected delivery date of 26th July
The on 26th July I receive another email advising of delay so product is now to be delivered 31st July.
Guess what happens on 31st July?
Another email telling me that there has been a delay with the supplier so I now receive another delivery date of 2nd August
This has been the pattern for every week up until now.
I rang them up to vent my frustration.
Questions I asked them:
1) why do you not place stock status' on your website
2) why is it so so difficult to source this shaver?
3) Could it be, perhaps, that you have under-priced this item and really do not want to sell it to any of your customers?
They could not really give me answer other than the standard "Sorry Sir"
Anyway, I decided to cancel the order. Actually I wish I didn't now as it wonder wether I wold have received it before Xmas this year.
