I just received an email back from [EMAIL="relations.customer@thomascook.com"]relations.customer@thomascook.com[/EMAIL] giving me a case reference in relation to my complaint. Appears it may take up to 28 days for them to investigate.CHEAP IN COST NOT IN STYLE...0
