There are some good titles and if you are like me not keen on Amazon, it will do good

WOW!! Great spot OP!!
I am pretty impressed with the range of books available, as well as the prices!! The River Cottage books (not the actual cookbooks but several offshoots which focus on specific things, e.g. bread, preserves, etc.) at £3.75 are great value!0 -
Yes I didn't actually know myself that they stock such a good range too
They are also generally helpful and provide good customer service! ally.0 -

I can't believe how many footy books they have. My dad is trying to read more (not that intellectual he says but he is bright really) and those are the type that he can devour!New to this money saving lark. Any tips greatly received.
No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2018 - Not going well!!0 -
Thank you OP, I got a couple of books for myself and a couple to put away for gifts
Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -
I'm glad you got some nice gifts, I'm resisting to urge to buy more books currently :j:jally.0

I'm curious why don't people like Amazon? Like the first few post mentioned not using Amazon and trying not to use Amazon. I've always found them great except for their couriers ignoring safe place instructions

I don't like their aggressive business and tax "management" tactics.
Also the way they bully publishers is not acceptable to me.
There isn't any single item on Amazon I can't find anywhere else so I'm not fussed to use them
