Hi,
Has anyone experienced problems with E.on's abysmal attempt to put FIT accounts online and their inability to correct mistakes?
My FIT account is described as a 'Gas' account and E.on can't correct a payment/reading mistake they made in July this year.
When you contact them they promise everything and deliver nothing.

As it states in the title I have had absolutely no issues with Eon and my FIT payments. I have been with them from Summer 20113.995kWP SSW facing. Commissioned 7 July 2011. 24 degree pitch + Solar Immersion installed May 2013, after two Solar Immersion lasting just over the guarantee period replaced with Solic 200... no problems since0

Me too. Registered online with no problems:D
Fits payments are usually in my bank acc after 4 working days.:T
