E.on Online FIT Account

Hi,


Has anyone experienced problems with E.on's abysmal attempt to put FIT accounts online and their inability to correct mistakes?


My FIT account is described as a 'Gas' account and E.on can't correct a payment/reading mistake they made in July this year.


When you contact them they promise everything and deliver nothing.

  • As it states in the title I have had absolutely no issues with Eon and my FIT payments. I have been with them from Summer 2011

    Me too. Registered online with no problems:D

    Fits payments are usually in my bank acc after 4 working days.:T

    Not with them now as my energy supplier...now if they had no standing charges:think::think:
