Baby steps to mortgage freedom for beanielou. 4th Nov 14 at 2:19 PM
My first thread on the MFW board!!
My mortgage has 6 & 1/2 years left to run.
My income seems to decrease more & more & it becomes more & and more of a challange to pay my hefty(to me) mortgage.
I have managed an overpayment last month as I got some £££'s unexpectedly.
My biggest fear is not being able to pay my mortgage & loosing my home.
So I have decided that baby steps are the way forward~even a fiver or a tenner overpaid in a month is better than nothing.

Not a great one for New Year even though I am Scottish
    Nearly at 2018 & a New Year.

Can I thank you all from the very bottom of my heart for all your support , encouragement , kind words & for keeping me going.
My family is small & most are far away.
I am the middle generation & there is only me in Scotland.
The older generation are, well, older & it can be a worry .

This is the only place I sometimes feel I can let things out~~warts and all.
For that I thank you all.

I wish you all health, happiness & good fortune in 2018.
I hope we can continue to nurture each other & support each other.
I consider you all to be friends.
    Thank you.

The snow came before I left for my mums.
Anyway, got there & had a good night.
Champange & raspberry gin a good drink make
A good night was had by all!!

Was a bit upset when I came home(having stayed overnight) & my best boy was not at his best. Enough said. I suppose I maybe noticed more as I was away
A clever boy he is though~~he left me a bottle of my favourite rose & a card!!

    Dearest Beainlou,

I have finally caught up, can I say how sad I was to read of the challenging times you have had since the beginning of the year, January I also find hard.

Hip Hip hooray to all your lovely MSE friends whose words were spot on and shows you how much you are cared for both on here and in the RW.

Then I got to the bit about the soup maker and blender I thought yesterdays #40acts challenge to give something away - my second hand blender !! Brand-new used twice, (bought by mistake by OH on our hols) so will PM you for your address, and it will be on the way to you

Dear old boy, how I have been there with my boy Fuzzybear, he was nearly 19. 11 years since then I admit I lasted 3 months then there was Bubbles, then Fifi, and now my Boy of 13 and a youngster of 3 keep my stress levels down - most of the time! I hope the precious time with him his comforting and full of mutual love.

Wine and Card he is a darling! I have told Gaston their are expectations for next year . He is currently in the dinner queue for 4pm
