Globaltrader365 Scam need help

Options
I did a post on this a few weeks ago but i think its been deleted? not sure why.
I invested £250 at globaltrader365 and managed to get my funds upto £950 however they are always rejecting my withdrawal requests and they never reply to phone calls or emails. Yet they got the cheek to take a £50 inactivity fee off me each month?
What can i do to get my money? surely they can't just ignore me while taking a inactivity fee off of me

If you have internet banking .. delete the STO or DD yourself.

If no internet banking .. phone your bank and request either the DD or STO is cancelled.

How are they taking your money for the inactivity fee? If by direct debit then cancel it. If by credit card call your credit card company and get them to cancel it. If you have already told Global Trader you wanted to close your account and they still took an inactivity fee after that then tell your bank it was fraudulent and see if they will refund it to you (not certain but worth a try).

As for the money you have already given them - I expect you have lost it. I see the company has no physical address listed on their web site, so they could be anywhere.

UPDATE: From their T&C I see they say:
    2. Dormant accounts will be charged a monthly maintenance fee of 50 units from a total client deposit or the full amount of the free balance in the account per month. There will be no charge if the free balance is zero. Consequently, GlobalTrader365 has a right to close all accounts with a zero fee balance.
So it sounds like they are deducting it from your trading account, not taking any new money off you. In which case the inactivity fee is somewhat irrelevant since it sounds like they have no intention of returning your trading account balance.

Sorry to say it but as they appear to be criminals then they probably can just refuse to reply and empty your account. I looked at the thread posted earlier and it does seem they are a complete scam firm.

On the bright side, you only appear to be down £250 plus whatever interest/gains you might have got on that initial investment. Not nice but hopefully not earth-shattering. Looks like some people were scammed for 10's of thousands by the same company.
  • Sorry to bring up a old post, but after months of more issues i have still not heard anything from them, the threat of legal action obviously does not phase them either, i did try emailling citizen advice with no reply

Basically, I think your money is gone. They are completely unregulated and essentially hidden behind network of offshore ghost companies. You could try Action Fraud, but I think at this point the best you could hope for is that their website gets shut down, in which case they'll no doubt just start up again under a new name.
