parkingeye morrisons reigate

Ok I admit I was dumb. I recieved the letter & paid the £50 five days ago. Then I found this forum. ( In my defense I was in the middle of having my dog pts)

Is there anything way of getting my money back ?

Thanks

Unfortunately there is virtually no chance of getting your money back. I have been where you are with your dog three times now, but the only way to not pay one of these fake unenforceable speculative invoices is to appeal as keeper. You are way beyond this now.

Hopefully you will know what to do if you are ever in this situation again.

Yep - all are defeatable - some more easily than others.

I'm afraid short of taking the PPC to court you'll not see your money back. Spread the word though.

  • Thank you for your prompt replies. Those letters look so convincing & 'legal'.

Well at least I know for next time.

    Thank you
  • You could go back to Morrisons and raise merry hell with the manager there, saying how you have been taken for a ride by the scammers they employed and that, unless they refund your money NOW, you will never darken their sordid little store again.

Make sure it's the real manager you speak to, and make sure you do so in a very public part of the store so that everyone can hear.
