ESA changes in allowance rates job centre letter

Hi I received an unexpected letter today from Job centeplus but I don't understand why or what its trying to tell me exactly as its confusing.
Its dated 18th August and says:
Dear x
YOUR CLAIM FOR EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT ALLOWANCE
CHANGES IN THE EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT ALLOWANCE RATES PAYABLE
We have looked at your claim again following a recent change.
From 30 May 2013 your ESA will be £107.35 a week.
We cannot pay you ESA from 30 May 2014.
This is because you will have reached the maximum 365 days that you can get contributions-based ESA.
Your circumstances mean you will qualify for a Christmas Bonus Payment. This will be paid the first week in December. The amount payable is £10.00
You have been entitled to a transitional addition since you were moved from Incapacity Benefit, Income Support on the grounds of illness or Severe Disablement Allowance. Because of this, the money you will get may not have changed when your circumstances changed.
You are required to immediately report any change in your circumstances to us, or the circumstances of your partner if you have one.
We may still credit you with National Insurance Contributions while claiming ESA.
The attached sheet shows how we worked out your money. This assessment is based on your National Insurance Contributions Record.
Contributions chased ESA and Support Allowance can be paid for a maximum of 365 days unless you are in the support group.
It then goes on to explain how the money as worked out and will be paid. It says the amounts apply from 30 May 2013 to 27 November 2013.
The most baffling thing is I haven't received any ESA for months now due to the 365 day rule. I last saw my advisor back in May and she confirmed that was our final meeting this year at least although my claim is active until 2015 I will only receive National Insurance credits so no money since May has been paid to me. Then this letter unexpectedly out the blue?!
I'm surviving on basic PIP entitlement and my partners WTC as he's part time seasonal self employed. I'm greatful for the extra payments as its a bit of pressure released from finances if they appear but very concerned its a mistake and don't want to get into troubles or end up being asked to refund it should it get paid.
Its all quite unexpectedly odd and I'm comfuddled !!
Thanks in advance.

Failure is only someone elses judgement.
Without change there would be no butterflies.

Do not assume the letters you receive will make sense.
If you have not been put in the support group, your partner is earning >>107/week, then in no circumstances will you be entitled to anything.
I think all this is is a (belated) letter that should have been sent, or a duplicate - last year.
It's possible that some internal event such as looking over your file as a random cross-check has triggered this.
The lines need read in conjunction - what they are really saying is 'you would be entitled to X/week if you were entitled - but you're not'.0 -
Give ESA a call and get somebody to explain it - if they can!0

When you were moved from IB to WRAG ESA it was contribution based & as you know that runs for 365 days only. All household income is taken into account apart from PIP. So because your partner gets WTC/wages that are above the couple limit of £113.70 / week you will not get any ESA. You should have appealed at the time when put into that group to try & get into Support group, but it is now too late. Now you will just be credited with NI credits for state pension purposes only & they will still reassess you as & when. If at the next WCA the assessor then thinks you should be in the Support group, it may start up again.0

Its definitely dated 18 August 2014. It says The money will be paid in for as long as your entitled to ESA. We will pay your ESA into your account. (Your account details are known to us but have not been stated in this letter for security reasons). Any payments made to you will be paid into this account. Tell us straight away if your account details change.
Which it hasn't.
They say how often it will be paid but I noticed there isn't an advisory start from date, when usually there is if I remember correctly?
Been trying to get through most of the afternoon.
I want to appeal to be moved to support group as advisor said worth a go based on my medical circumstances and likelihood I wouldn't be adapted to return to work?! Also could increase my PIP payments and access other help advisor said at last meeting.
Thanks all for help so far.Failure is only someone elses judgement.
