confused

i recently filled in Martin's template for claiming PPI from Halifax and they have responded by sending me 2 x 12 page questionaires to fill in (one for credit card claim, one for mortgage claim). these questionnaires have the exact same information that i filled in on Martin's form.... Has anyone else had to do this and if so what was the outcome? :(

It is normal to be sent a form if you have not supplied info or there is missing information.

Most of the banks are using the FOS form or their branded version of it. So, just take a look at the form and see if there is anything asked that you have not supplied before. if there is, then give them that info. For any duplication then just state, already supplied.

Alternatively, reply saying you have already told them the information on that form and just tell them any differences. If no differences then tell them that the form asks no new information.

No, some banks are notorious for sending the Ombudsman questionnaire to complainants even if they've filled it in already. To be fair, the Banks usually only require it's return if the form has not been filled out already.

Hi everyone i am quite new to all this and need a bit of advise has anyone been successful when trying to claim bank charges/fees from Barclays?

I have been off sick from work for over a year now and my partner lost his job 4 years ago and struggled to find any work even cleaning!!!! I was going to try and claim my bank charges for the last year which is about £400 because it is putting a strian on us. Do you think i may be successful? I didnt know if i should only claim for the last year or the last 4 years?

Please any advice on any of this would be appreciated :(:(

This thread is about PPI. Not about Barclays charges. Please do not post on unrelated threads as it is not fair on the original poster to have their thread taken off subject.
