Elbon Wellbeing scam be aware

These sharks have contacted by phone my father
My father is on the list not to have any cold calls so this to start with is illegal

My elderly dad (90) was cold called by a sales rep. from a company called Elbon Wellbeing based in Birmingham. They sold him pomegranate tablets using his debit card details for £183. When I found out from looking at his bank account (I have POA) I rang the company who said that my dad had been quite happy to buy them. He is 90 and gets confused. We were just outside the 15 day returns policy but they said we could get a refund if we sent the tablets back On doing a google search the following website brings up numerous stories about this company

http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/02030048377/2 I have informed Action Fraud who says it is technically not fraud as he has received goods, I have informed Consumer telephone line and the TPS as my father was registered with them so this company should not have contacted him.

Please be aware – this company have a reputation for this as you can see from the web complaints.
