would like to thank martin lewis for spurring me to question one of the `Big Five` concerning my bank account, and the monthly fees for the privilege of having it! I was upgraded twice without my consent and after contacting the bank about this i was offered `a goodwill` gesture. I refused, contacted the financial ombudsman, and what a result! More than I had thought! So to all others-don`t be fobbed off.
