Kenco Rewards Club - poor promotion & customer service!

I tried entering a code on the Kenco Rewards Club website but it kept coming up as invalid so I contacted them and asked for advice. They said some numbers could be mistaken for letters and suggested I try again but as you can see from the photo below the code is really clear and the only letter I could really substitute was B for the number 8, even though to me it seemed really clear and I really couldn't see any of them being wrong.



I sent them the picture of the code and answered their questions about the product it was in. I was then told that Kenco Rewards only includes these products:

Kenco jars (100g and 200g)

Kenco Eco Refill pack (150g + 275g)

Kenco 100% Brazilian, Colombian, Costa Rican and Peruvian (100g)

So I sent them this photo of the back of the box.
