Hi,
I have just got off a review website slating this website for its refunds and returns policy. There are alot of horror stories and i need abit of resurrance.
They have had a bankrupt sale on this past few weeks and i bought a ring online. Payment went through and the ring arrived- However it is not the right size. I am a ring size N so that is the size i ordered but the ring that i got is two times bigger than my other rings!
The website has no direct contact number or details and it states that items bought online can only be refunded and exchanged online not in store and that too when the issue is raised within 16days- Thus me sending a email explaining my problem with no response. 6 Days on and no reply yet.
Has anyone dealt with them before?

Can't comment about buying online, but I bought a bracelet and it broke in two places less than a month later (I bought it when on a trip to Glasgow; I live in Belfast). I had no way of returning it so wrote to them, they asked me to send it off with receipt, they replaced it OK.

you could use http://www.warrenjames.co.uk/branch-locator/ to get a branch number to call and then ask them for HQ number.0 -

Sorry for late reply, i have been working away from home due to bank holiday.
I have emailed them, it has been 14 days today. The website says i only have 16days to contact them regarding returns and refund but their not even getting back to me.0 -

I have emailed them twice using the contact details you just provided still no response. It coming upto 16days now.
Called my closest branch and they say they are not allowed to give out HQ details and should just email them! :mad:0 -

This is very frustrating! I have called the numbers provided by both posters and no response one is a branch and the no one is picking up the hq number.
I have sent my third email to this company and it has been more than 16days with no reply!
