Hi,

I have just got off a review website slating this website for its refunds and returns policy. There are alot of horror stories and i need abit of resurrance.

They have had a bankrupt sale on this past few weeks and i bought a ring online. Payment went through and the ring arrived- However it is not the right size. I am a ring size N so that is the size i ordered but the ring that i got is two times bigger than my other rings!

The website has no direct contact number or details and it states that items bought online can only be refunded and exchanged online not in store and that too when the issue is raised within 16days- Thus me sending a email explaining my problem with no response. 6 Days on and no reply yet.

Has anyone dealt with them before?
