Hi,
Has anyone used hidenda at all recently, my parents have received a pack in the post saying that they can get them back about £5000!! My dad said he found there details on the Yorkshire bank site but not 100% sure about that. I am trying to look into it before they send anything off to them as not sure if they are dodgy or not?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Claire

Whether they're legit or not, if they can get him 5k, then he could get 6-7k by by writing the letter himself.0

He dosent have any account details etc, which i think is why he was going to go through someone else and get them to do the leg work?0

They can't do anything he can't do. All they will do is write to the company and see if they can find out his details.
It's the price of a couple of stamps versus a couple of thousnad pounds worth of fees.
I could sell you a book of stamps for £500 if you want?0 -
Ha ha, thanks, i did all mine myself so that wasnt the problem, just trying to convince him not to use these companies is harder. Think i may need to do it for him!!0

Please don't expect any success trying to have Hidenda correct any issues with your details - they are appallingly bad. I have multiple email examples where they have failed terribly in either not responding or, was the norm, telling you someone would respond (and they were actually on holiday for close to a fortnight).
Hidenda are a poor company to deal with (emails to prove) - exercise caution!0 -
I received a phone call from 01332815419 which happens to be a company called Hidenda, they claimed that this site does recommend some PPI claims companies and they were one of them. They tried also to claim that MSE had put on the site that 2.5 million claims had been rejected because people didn't use claims companies, however I kept them on the line while I verified their claims and after reading out what MSE actually said, he became quite aggressive.0

Do not take a job with this company, they offer a trail, if you get 10 leads in 3 days they say they offer permanent employment, they say contract will be sent out, it never arrives then when you ring they claim the 2 people you delt with a "vaz" & a "trudie powell" have left the company within last couple of days. You are ment to be paid commision for the leads you get in the 3 day trail but no money is forth coming. You have been warned!!!!0
