Ge money ppi claim help - burton card

I used to have a store card with burton when i was younger which was thru GE Money.

Im looking to claim PPI back but have no records ofs my old account number to claim.

I have tried ring up but keeo going thru to santander, but i am always on hold and never get thru!!!!!

What ways can persue to get my old account details

    If the PPI was sold before 2005 you wouldn't have much chance of success because Burtons weren't covered by insurance regulations until that date.

    To make a complaint you just need the card number and mis-selling reasons. You should address the complaint to Santander as they deal with Burtons store cards.

    You may be able to get the number with a call to Santander. If you have no joy with that you could submit a subject access request (SAR) for £10 to get your details. You can find out how to do this on other parts of this site.
