Hi can anyone tell me what number you are supposed to ring to get an update of your claim with barclaycard?

    It's 0844 5560104 - this is the one on the letterhead of any correspondence I've received from them.
    Be warned - they are very busy! I've been on hold for about 15 minutes so far this morning.

    The message is really getting on my nerves!

    ETA: I got through after about 20 mins....

    The HSBC number just cuts off after the messages and ten rings!:mad:
