YBS Mortgage PPI

I recently contacted YBS regarding my mortgage PPI and received a very comprehesive reply within the given 8 weeks. Their reasoning for it not being a mis-sold PPI does actually make sense from their evidence. Should I stop at this point or go onto Ombudsman route if the YBS reply makes sense?

Only you can answer that I think!
If you disagree with their response and still believe you were mis-sold then go the FOS with it. If you think their response is accurate and therefore amounts to you not being mis-sold then why would you carry on with it?
Do check on the site for the reasons why PPI would be considered as mis-sold if you're not sure or you can always post more detail here about why you thought you were mis-sold and the bank's subsequent response.0
