Help! Does anyone know the Costa de la Calma area??

Sister has been offered someones timeshare this year for herself and her son.
The apartment only sleeps 2 so she is looking to try and book some place nearby for my parents.

The Details i have on her apartments are.....

Mimosa Apartments
Avenida del Mar
Costa de la Calma

(i think this is right)

Does anyone know the apartments that could recommend a place near by?
