Now we know where that undelivered item may have ended up
Royal Mail has been criticised by Labour for failing to keep keeping a record of nearly £1m of undelivered letters and parcels, including birthday and Christmas presents, which it sells off every year.

If people packed items properly with sender's and recipient's addresses on the outside and attached to the item on the inside ...A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
