Royal Mail auctions off undelivered mail

Now we know where that undelivered item may have ended up

Royal Mail has been criticised by Labour for failing to keep keeping a record of nearly £1m of undelivered letters and parcels, including birthday and Christmas presents, which it sells off every year.

  • If people packed items properly with sender's and recipient's addresses on the outside and attached to the item on the inside ...

    Railway and Royal Mail lost property auctions have been around for as long as the railways and Royal Mail. There's a lot less of them than there used to be. Draw your own conclusions as to the reasons why.
