Welcome Finance / Ucan car credit

Can anyone help me please? 4 years ago I financed a car through I thought Welcome Finance. However today when I decided to try and reclaim the PPI I was told that it was through Ucan car credit who no longer exist!!!! Bloody typical! Do I have a leg to stand on tying to claim? And who would I clim fom now? Would it be Welcome Finnce? Any help would be gratefully received as I have been round the Wrekin on the phone with Welcome, the FSCS and just about anyone else they can try and fob me off with!

Have you still got your credit agreement, if you took out the car loan with welcome finance, then its them you should be making the claim against. What have the fscs said??
