Santander OTP One Time Passcode Issues

Anyone else not receiving their codes when they process transactions online even thought Santander defs have the correct number?

    Hi,
    Ive only used these twice. First time - no problem came through in a jiffy. Secnd time didn't come through, so I requested it again as it says if doesnt arrive in 3 minutes to re-try. I retried and it sent the 2 codes together I used the latter sent code and all was fine.

    Are you sure they have the right number? The "OTP number" cannot be seen or managed in branch, and can be different from the "mobile number" that you've given them. Call 0800 111 4229 free from landline, giffgaff or payphone if still having problems.
