Pounds To Pocket and mini credit nightmare
desparate
Hey guys
Hoping someone can help
I am currently going through the nightmare of sorting our payment plans for 9 payday loan companies.
I have a DMP with payplan and they have been great support however two fo the payday loan companies just will not engage.
Most importantly is poundsto pocket - completely ignoring my emails regarding providing there account details so I can begin to make payments and refusing to deal with payplan
same with mini credit.
I am emailing every day and writing letters but no response - anyone had dealings with these 2 and can provide either bank details or repayment methods for me.
Mini credit have no email addresses on their site - their live help does not work and skype they do not answer. I have phoned too but they were just rude and said they will add another £55 charge today if I dont pay.
loan was only £150!
I really want to repay these debts and start making payments/arrangements can anyone help??

Try CAP (Christians Against poverty) - they have a website, (something like CAPUK) and provide excellent debt management/counselling advice and are ace at getting final repayment plans up and running.0

I have used poundstopocket and this is my thoughts on the comapny.
They will give you ONE loan at a rate of 279% but even if you pay up in full and i did on time and in accordance to my agreement, they then will not give you a second loan. They block you on the website citing a default page and give that you are more in debt now and they cannot give you another loan, and even cite money laundering rubbish when pressed by e-mail. This is of course rubbish. I have now a better income and less debt than when i got my first loan with poundstopocket, and even though i paid my loan off in full without any late charges etc.
This is what they want you to do.They want you to use Quick Quid
and use the money they have charged you in interest on your poundstopocket loan to give you back but this time they charge you 1750%
Why give you a loan at 279% APR when they can charge you 1750% on free money....not bad eh.
I cannot be certain but i think they also use Flexcredit as a contact medium on the net because if you apply to flexcredit you get an offer from......Quid Quid....surprise surprise.
I had a call from Quid Quid and i put this scenario to them, but they use lending practice nonsense to get around answering this......so be warned.
I did use poundstopocket for one loan and they were o.k. high interest yes,but don't expect any favours thereafter, even if you have a 100% record.0 -

Pounds to pocket were fine when I entered my DMP they contacted me once to just get a few more details and that was it.

Hi.
From my own experience, mini credit won't accept DMPs due to part of the agreements of their loan. One of their useless customer advisers told me that they can't accept it as DMPs pay them by cheques and they don't accept cheques!? They will accept a repayment plan but you have to contact them directly and vice versa, I was told they only accept payments by debit card.0 -
PoundsToPocket - They are awful! After seeing 'pre-approved' as I used 'Quickquid' (their sister company) they actually refused the loan. They actually agreed I made 18 'perfect' payments for 'Quickquid' though they still refused me. The one downfall is a default now 4 years ago and that's the only reason for decling - They use Call Credit (CRA) btw. I actually said to them that only a 'nut' would use them if anyone had good credit, might have well said other things for what it mattered!
The thoughts of thieving bas***ds come to mind!
FORGET THEM!

I have had 5 loans with company all paid back without missing a payment my last having been paid back 9 months early. Then I was refused a loan for no reason at all. Do yourself a massive favour and stay well clear of this company, a five minute search on the net shows you what this company is all about0

I have the same sort of debts and are going through a debt management company called stepchange
every company that I owe has accepted payment through stepchange with no problems they do not ask for any fees to manage your debts its just one payment by direct debit and they sort the rest.
online access to your account confirms all payments made to each company owed
give them a ring they are good I have been with them for 3 years now
good luck0
