118 travel - SHOCKING

I recently booked a holiday with 118 travel to Turkey, after reviewing the booking confirmation sent to my e-mail i realised i had been mislead, i booked a 7 night holiday which is infact only 6 nights and i booked to go to antalya when in fact the hotel is in alanya (this adds roughly two hours onto our travelling time)! i booked the holiday by credit card to make sure i was covered but before talking to them i decided what the company had to say, i called them to hear their opinion and all i got was a very argumentative lady who was not willing to listen to what i had to say. i then phoned the bank and they said they could start the process to claim back the money, i thought i would give 118 travel the benefit of the doubt and called them back before pursuing the refund to see if we could work something out, the same lady answered and begun telling me i could not have my money back no matter what, she was very angry by this point, i remained calm and said i was not calling to discuss the refund but more to see if we could work something out she told me to hang on and she would see if she could change my flights, i thought this was positive until i realised she put me through to an answer machine. I am not no longer calm about this situation and strongly urge anyone not to use 118 travel.

P.S. THEY HAVE A CHARGE OF £30 FOR USING A CREDIT CARD :O
