Totally confused can anyone advise me?

I failed the IB medical last June, took it right to a written Tribunal appeal and lost, have now lodged it with the final appeal stage the commissioners office, I scored 0 points. I applied in November for the ESA despite having been told it was even harder to get than IB and a tougher medical. I was called for a medical in March, and today received my letter I had scored 12 points and was capable of work. I am somewhat shocked that I scored 0 on IB medical and 12 on the ESA. Its just been so stressful since June last year just continually battling and having no benefit since June to November only added to it with bills coming in. How hard is it to get another 3 points on appeal or am I flogging a dead horse, I am just so tired!!!
